Description

Our program managers are responsible for shipping new features for the App Store analytics platform. We're looking for someone with a very strong project management toolkit to deliver multiple complex projects under demanding timelines. This is a hands-on position where the Technical Program Manager will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, privacy reviews, and more. This is not a task-based role; you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple end of end projects under demanding timelines. You will also partner with cross-geo engineers, product, marketing, design, data scientist, legal, security, privacy to launch and operate features that surprise and delight our end-users.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven technical program management experience in software development
  • Experience with Analytics or big data engineering
  • Experience with compliance, privacy, and regulatory initiatives (ex. DMA, GDPR)
  • Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server side projects under demanding timelines, handling multiple work streams cross functionally across a large organization
  • Experience working with complex large scale datasets
  • Background in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering majors or relevant experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity and thrives in mastering new tools or applications through self-study.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and it's execution using both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous technical projects and partner with the community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners
  • Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on the roadmap
  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable programs with well-defined metrics, milestones and success criteria
  • Strong facilitation skills to successfully drive a complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to plan and maintain the cross-functional schedule for the program, establishing milestones, achievements, and work breakdowns.
  • Keen understanding of the stages of change management along with the ability to plan for and navigate through large-scale changes.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations to strategize the best path forward based on known information and gain alignment from key stakeholders.
  • Effective planning, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to address conflicting priorities.
  • Proactively engage influence and empower stakeholders on critical decisions with timely data and meaningful analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify and understand the impact of potential risks and take the initiative to mitigate them.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences.
  • Has a “can-do” attitude in all situations no task is too big or too small to handle.
